GLYC has limited resources and many applications to hold events so please commence your enquiry with this form to ensure we have structured information to consider. Verbal and emailed requests will not be considered.

Titles Event Application
Could your organisation provide an RO and race management support or would you be reliant on GLYC resources (which may be a limiting factor in our accepting an event)?
In some circumstances, depending on availability, GLYC volunteers may be able to provide a catered event, or we can arrange external catering on GLYC premises. Please advise if your Association would want to hold catered events and if so, details re type, date, etc.
